hello all, i have picked up a set of cams for my 92 stealth. baught them from pmp motorsports. jason told me they didnt come with shims and that they needed to be used with solid lifters. I asked another 3s shop(not that jason doesnt know what he's talking about) just to be safe and they said that i can use shims? now im stuck lol. i know I can get shims from another shop but what is the best option to you guys? solid lifters which are 450-500 bucks are the shims. oh yea, the cam profile is 280. thanks

Odd when I bought cams from him I got shims. What kind of setup do you need 280s for? 280s are for very large turbo setups.

turbos are large. t3 setup. you got 280s from jason at pmp? i got them cheap lol. 300 bucks even. they were the last set. yea i kno 280s are for larger setups. wat grind camshafts do you have?
