Make sure the cables aren't rubbing against the intake pipe for your front turbo.

Itss only rubbing going into 2 1 dont touch anything

Is the shifter cable linkage attached to the transmission properly? If it's loose I can imagine it locking you out of the two leftmost or rightmost gears.

I put it on the way I took it off and I put it in reversse and backed it up then I put it in third to pull up and lost all gearss

Lost all gears = undo whatever it is you did!

Thats just it I didnt do anything but put the cables on and it was working except.for 1 and 2 then I moved the car in reversse and sstarted to pull forward it jumped out of gear and wont go in any now
