I weighed in at 194.5 last Friday and on this last Sunday I was sitting at 10.2% Body Fat. I think that's probably a little low... I'm probably bordering 10/11% though.

Anyone else making progress?? I think I'll just maintain and get what gains I can throughout the summer/fall and maybe do a bulk in the winter. We'll see! Happy I put the effort in to drop the weight!

Addressing that now, Dr says I'll be good to go in another week or so.

Well I fell apart over the summer, hows everyone else doing?

I was 203 at the beginning of this week. I'm back in the gym though... hope to shave it off pretty quick this time round. Still been playing lots of volleyball, so I'm in good shape but not cut like I was. I'll get there!
