I need to watch what I eat , been in a funk the last two weeks and stress / boredom eating , still sitting at two hundred Nd working out every day . But the nice weather out and not being able to run or take long walks even sucks

It's good to see people doing well. I haven't even tried to do, well, anything. Job stress is taking its toll. Last time I checked my BP on the Wal-Mart machine is was 157 over 93.

While the "Cup of Noodles" I eat 2 or 3 days a week has a lot of sodium in it, I don't think that is a contributing factor. Most if it has to do with stress and I am doing something about that. I am looking for a new job.

Can we honestly discuss it? What really gets under our skin?

I can put it out there but I'm a woman.
Women are allowed to do that but men not so much.

I'm stresed because I have to direct 10 techs every day that proberbaly think I'm a fat bitchy old woman.
I'm stressed because I'm worried about my Grandsons.
I'm stressed because I'm having a hard time balancing work, home and putting together my VR4.
I'm stressed because the 2 above stresses stress me out financially.
I'm stressed beause my stress makes me drink beer to releive my stress....LOL
I'm stressed my spelling in this post is incorrect

And now I'm stressed about what the hell you will think about this post!

I want to buy a dog for stress relief, also looking forward to moving to a new suburb that's closer to work and more relaxed...

i am stressed because in the last three weeks i have seen 1 degree increase in motion in my leg
i am stressed by my drag car
by not being able to work and eating at my meger savings
that its snowing in may 6 inches :/ and sticking

threw my back out. so much for running 5k's 4 times per week. hopefully when i get back to deutschland, i can start again.
