Anyone fitting in their skinny jeans yet? I have some american eagle jeans from 6-7 years ago that I havent been able to wear because my thighs wouldnt fit, now they are the only pants I can fit in without feeling like a gangster in my baggy jeans. Actually had to go to old navy and buy new pants...and I dont even have to shop the 'loose' jeans anymore. Depending on the scale, Im down from 210-215 to 180-185!

I went so backwards over the Holidays, and stress from work. Was up to 241 last week.

I have a new friend that is helping me stay aware of my eating/exercising habits. Free Calorie Counter, Diet & Exercise Journal | MyFitnessPal.com It is a phone app as well. Motivation for the unmotivated. Depression is a bitch on the motivation front as well, but I at least am recognizing it now...

Exercising an hour minimum on the bike 4 days a week, and will be starting strength training tomorrow. Back to one pound at a time, instead of one day at a time...

Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!

Man if you are doing an hour 4 times a week you should be dropping pounds like crazy. I do 30 minutes 3 times a week and that reallly helped me.

i think i would drive myself crazy if i counted calories. also vicki i have mild asthma and find myself using my inhaler after a run. but you should be able to condition your lungs with some work. i was at physical therapy today and everyone was talking about how they wish the weather would stay warm like today (50 degrees out ) i said i hope its cold for the next month haha. and yes skinny jeans are awesome ! i had to go buy new jeans because none fit down to 36x32 , had always worn a 40x32 as long as i can remember. but right now have o wear my fat jeans because of my leg brace , only way i can not wear sweat pants everywhere.

Yeah, not necessarily counting them as much as using it as a fuel gauge for gluttony. Sorta keeps my eye on the prize I guess.

Yea I just stick to the rule of only eating meat once a day (eggs dont count) and fried food once a week.

I'm kind of a repetitive eater usually go through 18 eggs a week , couple boxes of kashi go lean cereal , It's only 180 calories a bowl ! And so yummy ! And usually some LEAN cuisine tv dinners most are two hundred calories or so and filling . Along with protein shakes two on workout days one on rest days

No way! I don't believe you have cracked 180 in your life. You sure as hell weren't 215 at BRG.

Got a new routine that I am going to try out. Much more aggressive than anything I have done before with more lifting than I am used to. Excited to get started!! Keep it going, folks!!!!!!
