    I'm glad to see that our group is still trying to make improvements.

    This is defiantly my support group. Even if I'm just blowing off steam it's good to know I can do it here.

    If anyone wants to participate in the push up thing the idea is you have 30 days to do it. You record pushups for 60 seconds or until you cant do any more. You can only count when you do a full one as in start up, touch chest to ground, full up. Whoever improves # of pushups the most, wins.

    i have about a month to get into good shape. i scored a 92 on my PT test in september, but i've been a fat lard ass since. i swear, i wish exercise gave me more pleasure than sex; i'd be happy to be asexual for the rest of my life.

    dunno about pushups. i can probably hit 30-35 right now. probably 45-50 situps. my 1.5 mile run would SUCK though.

    My girlfriend tried, she couldnt do 1. Kind of suprised me. 90 percentile for men is around 35 in one minute so if you can do that many without training I would be surprised. At around 16 Im really starting to feel fatique.

    if i haven't exercised my triceps in a couple days, 30 is a good solid number and i can probably do a couple more. situps have always been easier for me, idk why.

    can this count for me to to improve i cant do any right now but in a month i bet i can do 50 in a minute i have designed and am following a two one one off routine since im limited to upper body , but between food and that routine im gaining more up their and have nudged down to 207

    According to the scale at the pool, I have lost 16 of the 20 lbs I gained before thyroid meds. Only 4 more to go to get back to where I was and THEN I can start this challenge like I intended to.
