BP meds are inexpensive and easy to take so why play Russian roulette when you don't need to.
It may be more of a medical condition rather then stress related.
This. It may not, but it MIGHT be....and can you really afford to risk it?
Granny, shoot me a PM and let me know how it went the other night. I've been waiting to see something.

That's 7lb for me. I was wanting to do better but life at my house has been crazy the past 6 months.
Hopefully Hubby is permanently employed again and I can have some of my life back to continue to work at this.
I've learned a lot about what it's going to take for me to loose weight so it's all good.

I hope that those of you here that want to continue will keep posting for support and inspiration.

    Big for everyone!

I'll keep working on it, but it seems big changes are not going to come easy. I do feel like I made some changes to how I look and my clothes fit differently, it just doesn't show up in the numbers.
    Tom!

5" on your waist line is amazing progress.

    Screw the numbers.

I was hoping they would start dropping being that the one project at work is done and that eliminated a lot of stress. The only issue I can see now is I have not been sleeping well. I am not sure if that is a symptom or a cause of the high blood pressure.
I'll throw in my .02, Brian.

Get a diagnosis and get squared away - I had the same problem and Wally-World has a butt-load of $4/month-$10/3month BP meds.

You can't ignore the problem OR the solution, believe me, please.
Ranked No. #1 in initial quality

Idiots, simply by being idiots, seem capable of achieving randomly bad things that are beyond the imaginings of sensible people.

    Absolutely correct.

I lose 5" off my waist and I'm a happy camper.

I've increased my bike riding from 50 miles/week to ~150. No change in weight.

222lbs has been a formidable opponent.

    Still eating right.

Working out harder. Working out 3 times a week 30 minutes on the AMT and then 30-40 minutes with weights.

Haven't really been able to stick with a plan with my twins being born almost three months ago. I'm so busy it leaves me with little time to cook or exersize, but in the past two months I've gotten back in the groove of running. I've been running 2.5 miles three times per week. In this time I've actually gained 5 pounds, but I've attributed the gain in weight to the muscle developing in my legs once again. I hadn't run regularly in so long that a lot of it went away!

I think I've posted this before, but if you want to log your workouts and 'compete' with others, join fitocracy. It's a new twist on working out. They call it a social networking site.

You can find me by searching for 3sgto tags.
