Idiots, simply by being idiots, seem capable of achieving randomly bad things that are beyond the imaginings of sensible people.
I have actually gained 5 pounds which can be directly attributed to my less than stellar diet due to the birth of my twins. I am starting to get back in the groove of regular excersize though so I hope to lose 20 pounds by the end of the year.
From the 227, I am hovering around 213. I am now aware of my balance point from losing to gaining, so I can manage what I eat. Still chugging along to 190.

Well, mine went up and has come back down a few pounds. The good thing is that I tried on some clothes earlier today at the store (thinking I would need a few new things for summer after gaining almost 10 lbs) and I still fit in the same size that I have for the last couple of years. So that's a good thing, for me. I don't need new clothes and I am still going back down on the scale, while getting good exercise.
I see what you did thar!!!
On the scales tomorrow.
