this is a great idea and a great thread.

i keep reading your all's arguments on what looks thin and what doesnt. im 182ish and 6 feet tall. i have a bit of a bulky build i guess, but not huge. its all a matter of opinion on the body type you want as far as if someone is too thin or not.

when i get back into the US i will get back on track with working out and dieting. i am hoping for 180 with 4 - 5% body fat by spring break

you all will need to do some before and after pictures at the end!

My Hubby is 6ft and weighs around 163 and still has a 32-33 inch waist.
If he gets much heavier then that his Dr raises hell.

    That's just sick.

    And unfair.

OK, I officially hate the bike now as well...

100 on it, and I am hurting! lol

Lost what I gained from holiday feasting, hooray! Now let's see if I can get back in the bike tomorrow...

Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!

I don't have family out here in Cali, so my food consumption has been the same. I've missed a few workouts though because I had to get my Stealth smogged and it failed on the first try, so I spent 1/2 a day tuning it up and another 1/2 day re-testing. Now I'm back to 12 hour shifts for the next 4 days, so the soonest I'll get back to the gym is Saturday.

Did pretty good today...back to the gym tomorrow. Keep going, guys---and Granny! Granny, I'll still hold to the deal we made last year, if you do this.

Ugh, I was playing a game with my nephew. We were throwing a little nerf football back and forth and if either one of us missed a catchable ball, we had to do 5 push ups. They really weren't that bad for me, because I do lots of heavy lifting at work. However, we switched over to sit ups, and I must be getting old because they hurt so bad to do. Didn't hurt my abs but my back, mainly because did LOTS of lifiting today.

seems like most guys are pretty decent at pushups, and mediocre at situps. i'm the opposite.

I used to be able to crush some situps. I once did 55 sit ups in 60 seconds in my "younger" days.
