I love me some chips. I have cut down alot, I don't even buy them anymore.
I just need to be more active. But waking up at 7am and working from 9am to 6pm drains me so when I get home all I do it sit down and play video games. What sucks is I also have a desk job so I sit all day at work.
If I honestly ran every day and did some free weights I would lose my fat.
