So I may have some more motivation to get things really going in full swing here.
I got my blood work results back from my physician and the physician says that I am Vitamin D deficient and have elevated cholesterol. At age 26, I need to fix this. I have to start a regimen of Fish Oil, Vitamin D, and Magnesium. I also have to drastically change my eating habits and I have to get back into shape. So I am back on the regimen, cutting out excess sodium, only fat-free, diet soda/pop but mostly cut soda/pop completely out, fruits and vegetables and more fish and chicken, less red meats. My physician says that if my diet has been fast food, this explains these issues.
The last thing the physician stated was that I need to see a hematologist because there are abnormalities in my blood cells that are concerning. I didn't think this was good news, so I am taking an active role in changing my eating habits, changing my diet drastically, and I am getting excercise now.
Also, I may have a fitness partner (pending meeting for dinner) that will help motivate me. Yes it is a girl, we will see how it all unfolds.
That is my update.
