i hit 190 recently. my god i am overweight. i'm back in the sandbox, trying to exercise 5 times a week. been eating barely 1 meal per day. i wouldn't fret so much...except that i'm in one of the few professions that actually cares about my weight.

:/ that doesn't sound good, ever think of trying paleo karen? Cutting processed foods, grains, and dairy out? Its a learning curve but easy after a week and will leave you feeling less bloated, and generally better

I'm just going to eat grass

Just at a quick glance I think there is more meat in that diet them she wants me to have.

I sounds like a good program

Depends what meat you look at I mainly eat lean chicken and fish which is cheaper and no worries from effects if high red meat

So I haven't been in the game for a while but recently got back in to losing some weight and eating better. My plan is to lose around 15 - 20 kilo's (~33 - 44 pounds) by mid July some time, so around 22 weeks. I have pretty much dropped all sugar intake like cordial, pepsi etc, but still have tomatoe sauce and smaller things like that. We are off the take away food weekly and I'm drinking a lot more water - at least 2 or so litres daily. I am playing pennants tennis on Saturdays plus having a good hit during the week for an hour and a half each time. If I don't play tennis during the week, I hit the treadmill for forty minutes losing around 400 calories. I have cut back on food intake, eating one slice of toast for breakfast with an egg and some ham and a cup of tea. That's basically me and here is my progress:

    Starting weight:
    95.9 kg's (211.4 pounds) 17.02.14
    95.5 kg's (210.5 pounds) 24.02.14
    94.4 kg's (208.1 pounds) 03.03.14
    92.4 kg's (203.7 pounds) 10.03.14

So I'm almost losing a kilo (2.2 pounds) a week so I'm on course to make the weigh in.

    Scotty
