    Way too many carbs and sugar today.
    Last Sunday I did the same thing and by Tuesday I was a total bitch.

    here's my ugly mug. 6 week, maybe more dont remember.. crash diet(almost zero carbs)


    -20 lbs for my car

    want to lose another 10-15 lbs to so. but the leaner you get the harder it gets.... and zero carbs f**king sucks. no energy..

    keep it up man , idk how zero carb people do it im probably taking in 20% carbs every day 70% protein and 10% fats i should try the no carb thing and see what it does for me

    I've always done the low carb/crash diet thing because I'm impatient and want fast results.

    About the carbs it's not 100% true though. I do get some carbs but that's only from veggies and some fruit so not alot. But no pasta, bread, potatoes and all that what we usually associate with carbs.

    You probably want to keep your fat at around 50 grams atleast. Mine is 50-70g fats mainly from good sources like nuts and fish. For health reasons. Fat is essential for the body. Carbs we can actually live without. Even though it sucks and I don't know how much longer I can keep up with it mentally.

    I guess it comes down to us having two different approaches/ goals/ I am trimming slowly but adding size, I take in 150-200 g protein a day along with high creatine sources, and I track my weight been holding at 190-195 for a while now.

    after seeing your results ange and doing some reading i started paleo / low to no carbs this week and no dairy . also joined a neat website called nerd fitness , very cool weightloss group with alot of normal individuals trying to get in shape .
