i think it was needless to say it was a bad week for weight loss ng has that effect it seems even though their was some physical competition Friday night ... arm wrestling ... pushups ... pushups with people on their back ...

My work clothes are actually a little looser since vacation.
Didn't have time to snack and a lot of walking.
Oh.....
And a lot less stress!

I have been riding and riding. Loving this bike. I picked up a camel pack yesterday and went for an even longer ride. I felt 0 need to stop since I had water with me at all times.

how is everyone doing with this? still hanging in at around 200 , starrting to see some real definition in my torso, veins showing up alot more places and i have 4 abs now

I was bad this weekend and drank a lot. BUT, despite that I am 2lbs down from my friday weigh in even tho I am probably water logged to hell. So, it is going great.
