Been away from the gym for 2 weeks due to pain issue. Looking forward to getting back this week cos I was finally making progress. So nice to still see folks in this.

Still going at it. Nothing new to report, other than I am lifting heavier and heavier weights each two weeks. Plus I tossed around a lot of tree trunks at the house lately.
