    Sweet. I've never been very good at keeping track of what I eat. If I had one of those fancy phones, maybe I could try the app.

    On another note, did lower body today at the gym. That doesn't mix well with a bum ankle. Luckily, I keep a cane in the car, so all is well. While this program is kicking my ass, I'm loving it. RAWR!!!!

    Big progress today , range of motion is up to 72 degrees , not great have a week to get to 90 but i have gone a whole day without crutches !
