Staying steady is better than going up, especially if you have limited mobility.
I'm thinking of taking up running. Not sure that I'm cut out for it, but we'll see.
you can to it ! im not built for it especially when i started , just have to do i and keep at it .
I've asked for some info and suggestions about running from someone in the 'know'. Ihave exercise-induced asthma and a bum right ankle, so I'm trying to make sure it's a good decision to try. Am hoping to re-train my lungs to not need the inhaler as much as well as strengthen my ankle. I enjoy going for walks with small bouts of jogging tossed in, but running is a different beast.
Karen, I know you don't have much time since you began your project, but am looking for updates on YOU as well.
