5lbs down from a few weeks ago.

I have just been listening to my body and eating according to my hunger instead of the family's schedule.

I also have been cutting everything in half portions.

Seems to be working so far.

way to go !, figuring out what works best for you in the long run is really the best solution. im hoping to stave off any weight gain i have been downgraded to not going into work at all at this point so sitting at home has me feeling kinda worthless.

That bolded part will work wonders. Instead of eating to be full, eat to not be hungry.

well for shits in giggles today after my normal workout i wanted to see if i could do any pushups without hurting myself ( it takes alot of effort to not put weight on one leg while doing pushups) so i did and whipped out 30 in under thirty seconds:P found the key was to kinds just let my left foot lay ontop of my right one so i didnt have to try and hold the weight up with my quad

also weighed in at 204-205 today!

30 in 30 seconds? I was always taught it takes 2 seconds to properly do a pushup haha. Maybe if I do them faster I can more.

I was always taught do them as fast as you can with good form , slower you do them the faster your muscles get fatigued , keep them moving and set more reps , could I HAve done muchmore , no because I had finished 45 minutes of upper body prior
