You are still posting here. I consider that a win.

I had also mentioned my blood pressure. I was at WalMart yesterday and decided to check my blood pressure. It was 171 over 93...... yeah extremely high. I think most of the cause yesterday though was pain. I have been working the production line at work for a few days to help get a must go order done and the result has been super tight muscles in my back and legs.

I took it a little while later and it was down to 147 over 90. Still high, but not near as bad as the first reading.
Take care of your blood pressure!
It can be very dangerous even at your age.
The meds to control it are very affordable.

    Ouch!
Maybe you can do some curls with your crutches.
    Hope you recover quickly

That sux. I'm hoping you won't need surgery and that it heals quickly and fully.

Still moving along here. Nothing special to report.

Down 20 pounds over 1 year ago, even after 2 weeks of vacation where I ate out every single day 3 times a day when I wasnt eating giant holiday buffets at the fam's. The more you lose, the more you are motivated! Currently still doing 4 days of cardio a week and eating smaller portions. At LEAST 1 salad a day and no alcohol! Ill tell you what, I feel better! Still dont have that energy boost I thought I would get, but maybe that is because of the leaving work when its dark thing?

The thing is when you create a calorie deficit your body burns fat like you want bit fat OS not a high energy source so you don't get the big.jump in energy like you would If you carbo load . The increase in energy will come just make Sure tour taking in atleast 50% of your daily calories in carb form then the rest in lean proteins and fiber

All I eat is chicken and turkey, rice, and vegetables so that shouldnt be a problem. Trying to lower my salt intake, but man, everything is loaded in sodium. Especially my beloved soy sauce. I need to find a healthy recipe for stir fry sauce.

Yea sodium thing is really hard to avoid one thing I found though if you wAnt proportion control , fairly low sodium and a lot of variety smart ones and lean cuisine make a lot of health conscious frozen dinners . And the price is right for a respectable budget .

    Nice!

I was hoping you would find a way to keep working out.
Pain has a way of depressing you after awhile but this should keep you on track.

Keep us posted on your recovery!
