I've been so bad.
Those of you that are FB friends know I messed up my foot pretty bad a few weeks ago and it's going to hurt for awhile. Makes exercising difficult.
After the holidays I'll pull out the exercise bike whatcha ma call it and see if I can ride that.
Maybe by then all the junk food will be gone too.

I haven't had much time to work out lately the past 2 weeks. I was sick last week and moved this week. Hopefully get back on the grind on Monday. Or maybe I should just do a ton of cocaine to lose the 40 lbs in want off of me lol.

I enjoyed some holiday festivities and am still doing ok. I have started walking and am eager to get back into a good schedule of exercise.

As I mentioned before my weight really isn't an issue, I just want to get my body fat percentage down.
I had also mentioned my blood pressure. I was at WalMart yesterday and decided to check my blood pressure. It was 171 over 93...... yeah extremely high. I think most of the cause yesterday though was pain. I have been working the production line at work for a few days to help get a must go order done and the result has been super tight muscles in my back and legs.
I took it a little while later and it was down to 147 over 90. Still high, but not near as bad as the first reading.
