i wish i had a nice circuit to run. unfortunately, i'm surrounded by corn-fields...so if i run a "circle" it ends up being like 5-6 miles regardless.

During the week I will take hard boiled eggs to work. I either eat 2 eggs or 1 egg chopped up in 1/2 cup no fat cottage cheese. Then maybe a low carb yogurt latter on in the morning.

To combat the hunger plan pre portioned healthy snacks. If you try and fight through the hunger you will probably just end up eating more when you finally do eat.

While things like the 100cal packs are tempting, while lo-cal you are not teaching yourself to eat right.

Some of the snacks I eat:
Apple with peanut butter(all our peanut butter is home made and has no sugar is it)
orange and 2 pieces of string cheese
1 cp fruit salad and 2 pieces of string cheese
    Cheese and multigrain crackers (12ish)
    Crackers and PB&J (low-sugar jelly)
Multigrain chips and Salsa (stop eating chips when the salsa runs out and pile the salsa on the chips )
    Thanks for the snack suggestions.

    Lol
Actually they have been in my desk for several weeks and I haven't eaten any.
I was just curious how many calories they had.
