Ranked No. #1 in initial quality

Idiots, simply by being idiots, seem capable of achieving randomly bad things that are beyond the imaginings of sensible people.

    Nothing really good to report.

    I'm taking ANOTHER new approach..LOL!
Trying to correct all my short comings at one time is not working. I know it's not working no matter how many pep talks I give myself.
So now I'm going to try the 21 day theory on how to create a habit by focusing my energy towards one or two things at a time then moving forward.

I'm not ready to give in. I just have to find the right path.

Good for you, Karen. I KNOW you can do it!!!

I have started walking with my youngest sister, in addition to walking on my own or with Chris. So, needless to say, I'm walking a lot lately. Gonna try my feet at roller blading a little later on (tried once before, comedy ensued). Thinking it would be a little tougher workout, but still lots of fun...if I can stay upright.

Have any of you guys tried out Crossfit (crossfit.com) or any of it's affiliates? If you want an excellent workout that only takes about 45 minutes then they are great. They can be very difficult though. I did it on my last deployment and I love it, then I came home and got lazy. But, if you like short intense workouts, it's definitely the way to go.

I am seriously failing, back up to 222... I will be getting serious, as I really need to get in shape for health reasons!

    Congrats on the success!

Help them, for they know not that which they do not know!

yea i think at this point im going to be adding a bunch more solid state cardio (running) . i think my overall body is up to that point and i think the weight loss will get better adding that in. also have set a goal of running a 5k by my birthday next year , april 19th. so im hoping to add in the 1.5 mile run three days a week. and after i master that 1.5 moving it up to a longer run of course.

Getting really discouraged. Weight is just NOT going down but still up. I don't know what else I can try. I have cut my caloric intake, but not to an unhealthy range, am walking/jogging a few miles several times a week and am still eating really well (i.e. veggies, beans, grains, extremely limited carbs). I'm just in such a funk about it.
