I'm lighter than I've been in over a year. 225 two days straight

That is 13 down, looking for another 6-7 and then to keep it under 220.

I didn't lose anything at weigh-in this time, however, I dropped a pant size so I went from a 38 to a 36. I am really starting to lose the mid section, now I have to work on the rest! Since we have unusually warm days this time of year, I am going to take advantage of it and get out the bike and ride around the bike trails. I am on Week 4 of Weight Watchers.
Your 1993 Dodge Stealth is one of 6351 that received VIN numbers. Based on the order of the serial numbers, your car was the 5212nd out of the 6351 that were made that year.
Your car was built in the 3rd week of February 1993. Of the 47380 vehicles made at the Nayoga plant, your car was the 40537th vehicle to be created that year.
There are 281 other cars that were made with both the same interior and exterior color. There are 779 cars with the same exterior color and 2316 cars with the same interior color.
Note: The production order is assigned based on the order of the serial number.

    Finally back down to 288.

We'll see how it goes from here...
Ranked No. #1 in initial quality

Idiots, simply by being idiots, seem capable of achieving randomly bad things that are beyond the imaginings of sensible people.

    Wow
Four weeks already and 2 inches sounds like good progress.

Back down to 193 this morning but I consider Thursdays my weigh in day.
It's obvious we all know what it takes to get the weight off.

I am just trying to tone up and my goal is to lose 10 lbs in the process. While my clothes are a little looser, my weight on the scale has gone up. It's back down a little as of today. I'm just frustrated. I'll just have to up the mojo at the gym and see if that knocks the number back down.

You should go by how you look and feel, rather than the scale reading.

It's only natural to see an elemental change in your physiology, given the adjustments you and Chris have made dietarily.

You kinda have to seek a new baseline, weight-wise.

Good point. I'll work on that.

    190.5 this AM.

I have to agree with Kevin on the scales. My weight can change 2 pounds from one day to the next.
I'm sure fluid retention factors in on that but it makes you crazy when the scales push back up for no apparent reason.

At best you should only weigh in once a week the daily up/down will drive you nutty.

Vicky, When Lori started going to a trainer and working out he told he not to expect any net weight loss for 6-8 weeks. Workouts build muscle and that will offset the weight loss from lost fat.
