So I may have some more motivation to get things really going in full swing here.

I got my blood work results back from my physician and the physician says that I am Vitamin D deficient and have elevated cholesterol. At age 26, I need to fix this. I have to start a regimen of Fish Oil, Vitamin D, and Magnesium. I also have to drastically change my eating habits and I have to get back into shape. So I am back on the regimen, cutting out excess sodium, only fat-free, diet soda/pop but mostly cut soda/pop completely out, fruits and vegetables and more fish and chicken, less red meats. My physician says that if my diet has been fast food, this explains these issues.

The last thing the physician stated was that I need to see a hematologist because there are abnormalities in my blood cells that are concerning. I didn't think this was good news, so I am taking an active role in changing my eating habits, changing my diet drastically, and I am getting excercise now.

Also, I may have a fitness partner (pending meeting for dinner) that will help motivate me. Yes it is a girl, we will see how it all unfolds.

    That is my update.
Your 1993 Dodge Stealth is one of 6351 that received VIN numbers. Based on the order of the serial numbers, your car was the 5212nd out of the 6351 that were made that year.
Your car was built in the 3rd week of February 1993. Of the 47380 vehicles made at the Nayoga plant, your car was the 40537th vehicle to be created that year.
There are 281 other cars that were made with both the same interior and exterior color. There are 779 cars with the same exterior color and 2316 cars with the same interior color.
Note: The production order is assigned based on the order of the serial number.

Haven't weighed myself in two weeks, but I've been eating healthy for the most part, just not super healthy. I'm hoping to get back in the groove of running 2-3 times a week for 30 mins now that daylight is lasting longer (we have no street lights in my neighborhood so I'm reluctant to run at night, and it's been dark by the time I get home at 5 since DST ended). I'm going out of town tomorrow for a three-day weekend and I'm packing some workout clothes to go running in my childhood neighborhood.

You need to take care of yourself Buddy!

Please follow thru with seeing the hematologist and trying to do as they tell you. You have too much time here on this earth not to be healthy.

Last weight post trip was 280.5

I went up at Disney and had to loose that and a few to get there.

At lease all my blood sugar numbers are good A1C at 4.7 and daily readings between 90-110. My daily readings are up a bit since my visit to the Dr when I got back because he took me off on one of my Diabetes medicines.

Alan I think it's fantastic you have been able to improve your health so much you can discontinue some of your meds.

That already makes you a winner in my book.

On March 5 2011 I was taking meds for cholesterol, triglycerides, blood pressure and Diabetes 8 meds in total. I weighed over 330. With the diagnosis of Diabetes something clicked and got me in motion. Lori and I have totally changed our lifestyle to eat and live healthier.

I now take 3. One to raise my HDL(37 needs to be 40), one for Diabetes and one for Blood Pressure.

I still have a long way to go.

Idiots, simply by being idiots, seem capable of achieving randomly bad things that are beyond the imaginings of sensible people.

Exercising will lower your cholesterol faster then anything.
