I made an observation at the Golden Corral a few days ago.....don't do buffets!

The only exception would be if you have a Souper Salad nearby. Chris and I ate there recently and it is soooooooo super yummy...all kinds of salad stuffs and all you can eat. The one we went to even had conscientious parents that went with their kids and didn't let them finger anything!!!

The verdict on my issue is not kidney stones, but I am going to the clinic to find out what is wrong.. I believe I have a major intestinal/colon blockage of some sort... Damn fibrous whole wheat bread..

I hope so too... I just ate half a container of strawberries, 1 pear, 3 bananas, and drank two bottles of water all for breakfast/lunch so far.

I worked with a gal once who gave an order to one of our co-workers' scout-daughters for cookies - she ordered about $1500 worth, then called the local appliance store to order a freezer delivered in time to store them when they arrived.

She weighed a lot more than I do.

I'de love to be apart of this. I started my health kick 1st Jan this year. My aim was to lose 20 kilo's (around 44.1 lbs) and I was at 99 kilo's (218.2 lbs). I know after week one I had dropped 1.5 kg but haven't been on the scales since. My diet has changed heaps. No more Mothers or pepsi. Gone are the chips and lollies. Now more fruit for snacks and a shit load of water. (plus multi vitamins) I am also seeing a personal trainer two days a week. I think I may have killed him in a previous life. Oh how he punishes me! But I feel better every day now.
