Wow! Looks like you have a heck of a view from that enclosed(?) balcony and a lot of privacy while working in your garage. It's cool that you can easily go from the garage to the back patio, too.

The glassed in porch up top is actually 3 floors up from the back yard. There is about a 6 foot drop off the end of my driveway. I also have a 3rd porch that is only accessible from my workshop.
