I think that "toofast4radar" placed the Bicardi Ice in Bobby's purse at somepoint and bobby did not find it until recently.... I would suppose...

Basically, when Bobby found it he had to open it, get down on one knee and chug the warm Smirnoff Ice. It was probably really gross.
