New 3si mods...?

What do you guys think will be accomplished by all this? Do you think AF will say "damn, these guys are harsh, let's sell" or what?

Lord Warlock not being a mod would be great. I was still planning on posting there until I found that he was “Super Mod”. Now unless I need to get a hold of a local I will not post there. I had to watch my back every time I posted in his area before because he has a grudge against me. I’m definitely not going to look over my shoulder every time I post so he doesn’t flex his E muscle on me no matter where I post on the board.

When the split first happened, I was mostly indifferent. Obviously I prefer to support Alan's site as opposed to AF who does absolutely nothing for the platform, but I was mainly annoyed that I'd have to check two different forums.

LW becoming a mod was sort of the catalyst that made me realize that they are completely out of touch. Who elected him? Seriously, does anyone like him in that role?

Wow . . . I think everyone needs to take a breather. If you don't like another website, don't go there. This site has much potential, contribute here and help it grow.

Personally, we need all the vendors we can get, don't get why people would shit on any of them. 99.9% positive approval is far better than most companies we all buy shit from.

I'm just glad Mike found his way over here, it's starting to feel like a proper forum now.

Wait! Wait! who is shitting on vendors? I don't think anybody has ever complained about the vendors on the site. The biracial gay ads and others that have nothing to do with the platform is the only advertisement that people are bitching about. You know the ones that brought in viruses.

everyone's got an ego...some just show it more than others. LW is what happens when someone with too much of it gets power.

Yea, I started a thread asking why it was closed. It seemed like Blue91sl's comment had something to do with it. My thread vanished overnight and I got this PM from LW earlier;

that post you put up was not the reason why the thread got locked. I answered that post via PM to the blue dude. The thread got locked because imperfectdarkness was only using it to bitch at the owners and wasn't trying to make suggestions. Nadeem originally told me to leave the thread open a few days and then close it. I left it open for a week, until the drama queens came out in force since there was no where else to attack the mods, admins or owners at, and tried to derail the suggestions for improvement thread. A thread in which we had acted on some very valid ideas and implemented a few, and have others that we are working on. (we should have a mobile phone app in a few weeks/months)

When imperfect, alias, mean green and UT gang up together to do no good, there is nothing that can be said or done to correct the situation. Nothing i say will change it, nothing the admins say will change and nothing the site owners do will make a difference to those few. If they cannot fix the site to their satisfaction they should leave and go where their input is valued. None of the mods here value their input. Some ARE more tolerant than i am though. But they haven't been dealing with this crap for 7 friggin years. Therefore the thread got closed, I got to make my first suspension for more than 2 days EVER, and imperfect was dealt with the next morning by the admins. Mean green is one post away from following them off. I refused to ban or suspend UT, or imperfect because i had a conflict of interest with them from past issues, i have left the admins to deal with them. When UT's time out ends, he's one mouth off away from a global ignore or a ban. Same with imperfect.

As you can tell, i am not afraid of discussing things with people in that thread, i've explained our position several times, and their argument hasn't changed, therefore we are ending their argument for them. They are welcome to go to Alan if they need to, because David puts my assistance higher than imperfects arguments/roadblocks. I have made 1, thats right 1 suspension on 3si since returning, and that was last night. Everyone else i wasn't the one doing the punishing. I've reported several posts to the admins, some they've ignored, some they've taken action.

Anyway that is the explanation.
