Pretty much an admission of guilt, or implying that they didn't take patents very seriously before the lawsuits.

    Anyone excited for this phone?
Not an admission of guilt, but if a court told you that you did this wrong, they are taking steps to avoid that from happening again.

I use Microsoft Security Essentials and Firefox w/ Ad-Block Plus on Windows 7 Ultimate. Haven't had a problem yet. Also if your computer is getting slow, its probably cause you did something wrong, or you have too many things running when you start your computer. Run "msconfig" and go to the startup tab. Uncheck everything you do not need started. That will help a lot.

The pc only works in SAFE MODE. Whenever I crank it up normally, it keeps shutting off and rebooting at different times of the boot up and then repeats. I dont believe I can RUN anything in SAFE MODE. (or can I?)

I'm betting Apple will find something about the device that infringes on what they believe to be their idea.

What version of Windows? Perhaps an upgrade would suit you. Most viruses/malware don't cause your computer to reboot randomly as no information can be sent when your computer is off.

I dont believe the pc has a virus. I think there is something wrong with the hardware. It's windows XP as far as I'm aware. But we dont use it anymore so on't plan on spending any money on it. lol

ah. so he's comparing a 10 year old operating system to apple's latest/greatest & concluding that apple > everything else.

....well at least the truth of bias has come out.

Or he's comparing it to Microsoft's most common and actively used operating system, considering that the "10 year old operating system" still has more users than Windows Vista and 7 combined.

now you're showing your fanboism too. windows 7 has been the most widely installed OS for at least a month now.

Haven't obsessively been checking the stats every month, but the last article I recall seeing was something like this (August 2011):

Windows XP - 50% Market Share | TG Daily
