the defamation doesn't cease just because you ignore it. we've got several members on this forum that are a living testament to that. one of whom has already posted in this thread.

*sigh* not worth explaining if you're not open-minded.

I think she's been pimping that sig since this forum was created.

This thread has hardly been a "mountain" ... I think it was good for GZP, if anything. I'm surprised Ryan is taking such flack over it.

He's taking flak because he's a member of 3si's Moderation Team. Any one of us who posted up something like this would have received the same amount of grief.

He's taking flack because he's importing 3SI drama over here, for something that happened a long time ago. As far as Emilie's sig goes,

She's had that sig a long time, that's for sure. And I think it was more amusing than anything else. Definitely not worthy of creating a thread to try to explain the reason behind another person's sig. I don't have a problem with Ryan. I have a problem with people posting BS threads that seem to be screaming for attention.

Thadd, do you not have the balls to just say my name? I mean, you already did once in THIS thread, for no reason whatsoever. The difference between you and me is, you live for opportunities to badmouth me on the forum, unprovoked. Me on the other hand, you could die tomorrow and never post again and I'd hardly notice, except the amount of whining threads would decrease significantly. If you don't like your reputation as a crybaby, stop acting like one.

I haven't read ryans post, because I can't see the text, and I just came across this thread now.

But I would like to point out, that most of the information pertaining to us and our removal from 3si, is false. fabricated by David (dpfsharkbait). That is called LIBEL.

My sig was edited because of length, and did not edit out information that was pertinent to the basic point you were making... that Hans was using my username to circumvent his ban on 3si... because he wasn't banned. he still had 100% posting privileges, just chose not to post. My posts, are mine, not anyone else, nor influenced by anyone else. The advice and tech help I give, is MINE, not Hans'. Contrary to what most people think, I DO know what I am talking about, and give advice where and when I can, on topics that I am comfortable speaking on.

We got back on to 3si, because Cianci told us how Shaun, (midnighthaze), got back on 3si. He paid to be a vendor, and was given his posting privileges back. So, we did the same thing. There was no shady business. We paid off all past debts that we could find PRIOR to paying sponsorship, gave Alan warning that we were going to be sending payment in the next 24 hours, and if he had a problem with it, let us know, and we would refrain from sponsoring.

We received no concerned reply from Alan, so we went ahead with sponsoring on 3si. The entire process took place over the course of a few days/week or so. It was not an overnight blitz attack, like people made it out to be.

Alan contacted us after this, and informed us we would be watched closely, and the first sign of trouble, and we were gone. We informed him there would be no trouble.

And there wasn't. We had been working with the customer Carlos long before we were back on 3si, in contact with him, and working to fix his car. The day we finished it, we were banned from 3si. We never received an explanation, a phone call, a refund, nothing.

We filed against Vertical Scop/Autoforums with the BBB, and considered filing against them, and David, for Libel, in court. Hans did not want to spend the time, money, and frustration on it, so we just let it go, even though we had a slam-dunk case.

My signature... well, I was sent a package with the entire administrative discussion on our removal. And to my surprise... our removal was based on absolutely NOTHING. No fact, No problems... they had absolutely NO reason to remove us.... they just did.

Actually Lawdogg didn't "import" the drama. And well Emilie is the one who posted shit from 3si first. I don't think he should be slammed for giving an explanation. I really wasn't going to post in this thread until I saw it turning into bash GZP business practices thread.

I would have done the same exact thing in Lawdogg's shoes, because trust me when I say there are comments made be me in that particular thread that are far worse than what Lawdogg posted above.

I am not going to sit here and say GZP has been the poster-child for a great business throughout it's entire existence. Neither Hans or I have ever denied he had issues in the past. But he rectified every single individual who came forward with a problem from the past... whether it was 5, 6, 8 years ago.

I have been on board full time with GZP in a managerial position for nearly 3-4 years now, and a figure at the shop for over 6 years. In that time, I have worked with Hans to reorganize, restructure, and rebuild the shop from the ground up.

I take care with the day-to-day runnings, the paperwork, the shipments, the phone calls and tech support, scheduling, customer service.... the BUSINESS side. He runs the mechanical end.

GZP is a FAR cry from what it was just 3 years ago, let alone 7-8+ years ago when these issues took place.

So, to hold this over our head... is just ridiculous. How long do we have to pay for mistakes he made 10 years ago? You come to the shop, and spend ONE DAY here, and tell me we are low-life scam artists, just out to rip people off.

Get off your high horse. I don't see IPS banned... how many people are still waiting for their black-friday purchases? those new transmissions that were ordered how long ago?? How many people needed to be screwed over by SSM for them to be put on suspension? I really could go on and on.... but this is a one-way street I guess...
