Looks great. Im definitely interested pending the finished product, the time it'll take you to convert, and the season.

How are you dealing with cut-off? or is the cut-off built into the projector assembly?

Hmm. I've pretty much decided I'm not going to be getting a 98 front bumper at this point (so I won't be using your other fixed headlight kit if I don't) so maybe this is a better way to go if I want HID's.
Thanks everyone! I'll post up some more pictures when I start working on the bezel and it looks more complete.
Yeah, I wouldn't recommend trying to fab these yourself. I've got stupid amounts of time invested, and there is not a lot of room in there. Not to imply that you couldn't do it, just for the time and money you'd have to invest it'd make much more sense to have me do the work for ya = ) A single projector on each side would have been easier, but wouldn't look nearly as cool.
fearpb, the weight difference is negligible. They're about the same as stock, maybe a couple pounds lighter.
The cutoff is part of the projector. I just wanted to show that they're real projectors and not free-form, so you won't be blinding oncoming traffic (I hope).
UT racer, I appreciate you buying the fixed lights and if you're interested in these I'll be sure to give you the best price I can.

Will a RHD projector be an option? otherwise these will be unusable in the UK, Australia etc
I'm assuming it's a yes, but they will have a surround around the lights right? They wont have that "robo-mod" look? If so, put me on the list

Yes. There will be a fiberglass piece that covers the front of the assembly. It attaches just like the stock piece, except instead of a square opening it will have two circles. I haven't started on it yet because I have to get the lights positioned correctly first. I want them to look like the car came that way from the factory.
This brings up an interesting question though; does the stealth R/T have the same front bezel as a 3000GT? I've only looked at pictures but they seem the same. I know the R/T lights are more rounded at the corners, but I don't think it should be an issue.

Just looked through my service manuals. There are not separate instructions for the RT and ES/Base Stealth, only when it comes to the snake eyes. The headlight pop up buckets are identical.
