These guys need to give a bit better of an update other than "they are on order" or "should ship soon". I'm not bitching at you Chris, it just seems their updates are a bit vague.

I've been screwed a bit lately on stuff so my trust in fellow man has been at an all time low. :/

Just so my post doesn't get lost in translation, I'm not mad or ranting. I'm a bit frustrated because my re-manufactured steering rack leaks like a colander and pretty much everything else with this last mod binge has been a bust. I could go on and on but I'm starting to rant now. lol

Anyway, just saying, not mad or bitching at Chris, just wish the guys would give a bit more info on what is going on.

I'M mad. This is not the service I recieved from this dealer previously (he has always been there for me, and he's trying his best, but in this case it's not something he personally stocks so it's not really his fault, but he hasn't been bugging XYZ unless I bug him), and this is not the service I expect or deserve from XYZ. This is a $8Kish order with $3K of it being mine, and I was promised a timeline that even the "worst case" has since came and gone.

Anyways, Jon (dealer) is calling them tomorrow to find out what's the problem. I'm expecting a typical bullshit response from XYZ ("order is placed"), but we'll see.
