It depends on where you are buying parts, the larger pull apart places (from what I have seen in TN) will let you out under $200 for all things needed (minus adhesives and paint). I've been to a couple smaller yards, (the ones you have to bring your own anti-venom and first aid kit to) that would let me have all that for about $100-150.00 To them, the only thing worth money is the glass, how many people have/are going to replace sail panels due to accident damage?
My estimate of cheaper was based on rarity (and region apparently). There are how many stealth R/Ts in junk yards with the same sail panels from 91-96 VS 99 3000gt? As for why the stealth has warped interrior trim panels, it is chryslers styling department in conjunction with poor engineering. They did the same thing with the dodge daytona, elongated quarter windows, and every one of them that has seen 60K miles without window tint has warped interior trim. I never use those windows for anything, ever, I can't see crap out of them to begin with, it is why I have those goofy stick on mirrors. I was just curious if the 3000 inside trim still physically fits. I like the way they look better as well.
I've seen a couple stealths converted from stealth sails to 99 3000gt on their 99 conversions. Its their car though, more power to them.

i hate the fake window & the reduced visibility on the 3kgt sails.
