    CxRacing turbos...

Anyone on here have any experience with CxRacing turbos?

I never even knew CxRacing sold turbos. Judging from the price I would say they have to be cheep knock offs. no way can they have a genuine GT35R ball bearing for just over $600, $360 for a nonball bearing version. When I mentioned it to a friend he instantly knew exactly what I was talking about. Apparently a few people on a Saab or Volvo forum (I forget which) have actually had good luck with these turbos… but he has no idea how long they have had the turbos on there car.

i know some people have had non-MHI turbos give good results, but im curious as to how the quality of a non-mhi 16G compares to the quality of a CxRacing 16G.

Anyone on here have any experience with CxRacing turbos? Or know of anyone whos running/ran one?

We have a pair of their 16G's on a vr4 here. So far, so good... but no real good miles on it. We're testing one of their 16G's on our new shop talon to see how long they last.

If you are serious about them, let me know and I'll see what I can do for you.

I bought the GT35R for my Soarer and put over 5,000km on it before I got rid of the car. It's still running around too. I'd estimate another 5,000km since.

A lot of the chinese knock off turbos aren't too bad for the money you pay.
