thanks guys I've installed so much crap I can't remember, but I'll try
1. Billet transfercase, damn the new spool splines are a tight fit on the output shaft! Should last a long time Fit great and thanks to Ninja Performance I had all 5 boltsI lost one of the original ones when I was running a brace. I ordered some MSD plug wires from ninja and he threw in the bolt I needed for free.
2. Engine wiring, replaced the front 3 injector plugs and pigtails. Fixed the rear o2 plugs. After cutting away the insulation I found that there was 2 bare wires in the bundle. I'm sure that explains my erratic fuel trims and o2 behavior.
3. Battery tray, battery, misc wiring.
3. Front axles, my bracket bolt repair seems fine. I found that allen bolts give greater access.
4. crank pulley torque.
5. oil pressure sending installed.
6. Brakes and clutch bled. Replaced the previous ghetto clutch slave line. Apparently at some point the stock flex line was replaced with a hard line. There was no flex at all, lol. Worked that way for 5 years believe it or not! I replaced it with a stainless clutch line.
blah blah
the important part is I cranked it over to prime it. It built up great pressure cranking. I got 20-25 PSI after 10 seconds of cranking. Plugs are out and battery is strong. Very happy. A couple burts of this and oil was coming out of the turbo returns just fine. Engine sounds good and even just turning over and it popped a plug out I just had sitting in the plug well so it makes compression haha. No horrible valve train noises which was a relief.
Should be running any day now, I just have to install the intercooler piping, radiator, intake pipes, and some other misc bullcrap. Well and the bumper and hood, but that can come after starting.

Almost there! It is a great feeling to see that 25 psi at idle![]()

it wasn't idleing. It made that much just on the starter. I haven't fired it up yet.
Yea, Im saying when you finally do it get started.

yeah hopefully. It made 20 before the teardown.
I like the custom crashbar much better than cutting out a section of the original.
Will it collapse at all or is it just solid?
