Appendicitis....

I guess I'm going back to the hospital. I think my appendix is inflamed. Are they going to hospitalize me?

I hurt in my lower right abdomen. It hurts to the touch

If it's appendicitis, you'd know it...there wouldn't be any mistake of where the pain is from. If it is go to hospital...they will remove it. If it isn't, then they will tell you what is wrong.

When I had appendicitis I thought i was going to die. I had to curl up in a ball to stay from being in pain. I hurt so bad I slept for 4 hours before I was taken to the hospital.

This. Staying bent over/curled up in fetal position was the only thing that helped with the pain til I got drugged in the ER. The pain woke me out of a sound sleep and just got worse. I knew immediately that it was my appendix. They took me straight in and operating doctor said mine was ready to burst, so it was good that I knew what it was and came in. Hope you are at the hospital getting it checked out.

Mine hurt off and on, when I got through with surgery it was about to burst and had gangreen on it! I had stumach pains off and on for 4 years until one day I went into shock and was rushed to the ER. Lets just say we didn't go to the same family DR after that.

That's what everyone says. Because of where the pain was the doctor wasn't sure if it was an ovary, I had 2 leiomyoma (non-maliganent) tumors on my ovaries. The doctor ordered a full body cat scan and they they saw my appendix...
