Yes, you could be right. My guess Mitsubishi would use the same style ECU for the 3000GT as they would for the 3000GT Spyder.

I would sooo pay to have the ability to flash my ecu. It would be wonderful to not have to use the t-pro for all correction and get the ecu back into line.

Definitely cool. There is a 1995 Spyder ECU rom dump floating on the internet for some time, I wonder if they used the same process to read it.

I'm sure a similar method was used. Basically identify the MCU chip and then get a development board to pop the chip in and dump the code.

If you send me a copy of the ROM Jim I can start disassembling it.
