    96 Stealth RT TT Trade for red/black 97-98 VR-4

Not actually selling anything - just opening a discussion for a potential trade. Posted this at the other site as well. Think I'm nuts? Well, maybe. I've tried to love the Stealth as much as the 3000GT but it's a real challenge.

It long shot, but what the hell - I'm going to offer the Stealth to this dealer to see if we can work out some sort of swap:

    Cars for Sale: 1997 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 in Sheboygan, WI 53083: Hatchback Details - 303454127 - AutoTrader.com

Looks like a nice car, my favorite color both in and out. Price is high and they'll low ball me something pathetic for #54 out of 57 but whatever. Pretty sure it won't work out so I'd thought I would extend the offer here to whomever might be motivated.

I'll trade my Pearl White/Black 96 Stealth RT TT to anyone that has a red/black 97/98 VR-4 that's in the same condition as mine, which is good. Not going to lie, with 90k on it it's not pristine, but in good shape.

    PM me if interested

    Thanks

^Yeah, I'm sorry bud - it's not like your car isn't fly, it is and best of luck selling it. I just have a super hard-on for 97/98 red/black VR-4.

I could try selling it but really not that motivated, especially in a shit economy. A trade with someone that may motivated seem more opportune.

    White or black >>>>>>>>>>> red

    But I can understand the desire for a 97 VR4 over a 96 TT.

Pearl white is pretty nice, just not my favorite. I can live with it, just doesn't bust my nuts like red/black.

3000gt --> Stealth thread had some good arguments and points. I've sat for hours in my garage going over each car and concluded 97/98 VR-4 trim is so much win and just much better. I really wish my turd green/tan was red/black - my only real regret at time of purchase. Had I been looking earlier or waited I would have snagged one, but oh well.
