My poor car fell off the tow truck

Well my uncle is still supposed to repaint the car, he was doing it for $400 so I'll just keep the check they give me, have him fix it for an extra $100 or so and then sell it and buy a tt. Should sell pretty fast when it's painted.
Edit: Guy from the towing company came by, said he would give me $300 to fix the car... I fucking laughed... looks like this is gonna be messy. I might need legal advice.
