My poor car fell off the tow truck

Well my uncle is still supposed to repaint the car, he was doing it for $400 so I'll just keep the check they give me, have him fix it for an extra $100 or so and then sell it and buy a tt. Should sell pretty fast when it's painted.
Edit: Guy from the towing company came by, said he would give me $300 to fix the car... I fucking laughed... looks like this is gonna be messy. I might need legal advice.

we in the 3/s community call this the "cianci defense". it's a bet that you can't afford to deal with the costs of litigation in order to get your money out of them.

i wonder if the 3/s community needs to band to gether and create a legal defense fund for ourselves...

That's what I was gonna ask. Call your insurance company if they won't give you their info....tell your company to go after them to get it fixed, but NOT on your dime.
Hate that it happened to you, but keep us posted. Don't sign ANYTHING unless you doubled check it first (either with someone here or your insurance company or a lawyer). Don't let them screw you, cos you could have frame damage.
