My poor car fell off the tow truck

Im thinking the D hook was not engaged properly because that was the point where it failed. I have a witness and lots of photos. Should I call some body shops and get quotes?

Well who hooked the car? Tow truck company, if one is involved, is responsible for any/all repairs.
