    I don't see too much fail over there... Pretty tame actually. Most owners on a platform specific forum are pretty quick to slam other platforms.

    As an auto tech that has to work on all platforms, I did get a laugh out of VW owners questioning mitsu reliability...

    Yeah that's what stuck out to me, that and being hard to work on......I guess they are hard to work on compared to an old bug anyway. I've owned VW's, got to be the most unreliable shit I've owned. Every weekend I was fixing shit but to be fair they were used for off road.

    Yea, cause doing a timing belt on a 3S just sucks compared to an A4 chassis.....

    Yep, whole front end has to come off, worst design ever.

    I did a timing belt by myself in 2.5 hours on my 3/s once
    93 R/T - Modded, Full Suspension, Full Exhaust, Quaife Diff, Turbo brakes, Alpine/Boston Sound One of 25
    98 VR-4 - Billet 13t's, Downpipe, Blitz EBC, Ohlins R/T coil overs, SCE center differential, SCE oil pan, Pampena braced trans, TEC Rear Strut Bar, Custom Front Strut Bar, Camber Arms, Alum Driveshaft, 2" Koyo, Maximal oil cooler, SAFC2, Defi Gauges, RC 550's, Supra Pump, Skillard Splitter, Hardpipes, XYZ 14" front brakes/Carbotech, 255 Dunlop Z2's, AMR 18x9's, Alpine/Infinity/JL Sound. One of 13

    My 1.8t needs a timing belt real bad like....Im just gonna let it die and scrap it afterwards.
