Volkswagen Bug Project - To do or not..

So, I saw these photos and they made me want to do a project of my own.. basically theres some trashed early 70's late 60's Volkswagen Beetles for cheap locally and I really want to restore one now.. So heres my inspiration..

What do you guys honestly think? I for some reason love that car.. I think I'd drive that as a DD and thats crazy since its a Beetle..
Im not a fan of the poop brown but I think with a new color that would be pretty slick..

Photoshopped way cooler more badass color..

Find a karmann ghia and put a hayabusa engine in it lol.
"This is a ridiculous cause and effect suggestion."
"Yeah, kind of like the sun rising and then morning happening, eh? What are they trying to pull on us?"

"If I wanted to hear from an asshole, I'd fart into a microphone."

"It's easy. Take the last f*ck, and let it go, and thus you shall have no more f*cks to give."

Volksrods are pretty cool. The only thing I don't like about them is the droopy looking nose. You can drop a V8 in them very easily since modifying the frame is so easy to do.
