Then heed your own advice. I believe this thread is about HL vs L wheel (read the thread title) on Sin's car. Not you vs DR vs the rest of the td04 world. Hopefully you can get back to your usual informative posts.

Trying to bring this back OT...
Sin - when are the billet wastegates going on? Would love to see some AEM logs to see what/if any difference you'll see holding boost.
    1992 Kilder Green VR4 - First 4G swap in a 3S. 2.0, auto, awd. 9.65 at 143mph. Now LS swapped. 8.52 at 162.

I dont have any beef with that guy and normally I wouldn't give a rip. What I don't like is smearing, that's pretty low. Aside from that I'm good to go. CoreyB, FM, and Mike, I appreciate you guys reality checkin me and bringing me back to my level. Every once in a while you need somebody to give you a smack so thanks . Back to cars.

familyMAN, to answer your question, thy wastegates are going on this weekend when we drop the driveline. If and when we finish gasket matching and porting the housings those bad boys are going on and its back to the rollers.

And my numbers i just plotted on teh graph and they are pretty close to these numbers. Honestly, I dont care who's numbers are what, except that this car is a kick ass fun riot to drive and smokes about everything around. The DR's are great, but i dont think its fair to compare them to the 19T's on teh type of wheel, clip and $$ not to mention. The 19t's are a great bang for your buck sick AWHP/TRQ monster with out breaking the bank. Honestly, if you want to run low 11's high 10's....the 19T's are more than enough. Now if you want to run low 10's high 9's...then definitly get the DR750's. Its all a matter of taste and wants. I wanted a 550 whp car and I got it. My turbos cost half of a dr750 set, but if I could own the DR750's i would in a heart beat. This bickering shit needs to stop. We all just need to relax, drink some beers and enjoy our passions for this platform and help each other not smear each other. . But all in all, great comparison in every range!

DR750's won't run high 9's. Well...maybe on the lightweight STM car.

The 19t HL's do look like a great, reasonable option as long as they are built right the first time.

Congrats! Now enjoy the car and don't break anything else!
