Numbers fixed . Anyway, if you want a good comparison... don't forget to note on the DR turbo setup car the header flange to turbo flange is ported and everything was gasket matched and the wastegates are billet. Second, for the sake of comparison, the bolded numbers are current numbers on 19T-HL with E-85 without doing any port work and the wastegates are also collapsing. The log clearly shows boost plummeting as soon as it breaks 25 psi. They bleed off 6 psi of boost from 4800-7000rpm because the wastegates are unable to hold. We'll see what happens with a set of forge wastegates and some porting. I don't expect these numbers to be the ceiling for long, BUT... These numbers will go up . Currently the TQ area under the curve AVG is 467.

BTW, when is someone going to run a DR-750 on E-85? I'd really love to see that.

BTW the 'DR' set-up had blowing open wastegates too, this set-up was able to run 7psi to the redline. Where did you got those 'bold' number ?

Here is a much much better comparison.

19T-HL car is on E-85 boosting 25 psi on stock wastegates.
    DR-750 car is on 25% C16 / 75% 91 pump w/stage 2 snow meth @ 25psi on Forge wastegates.

    Torque Numbers:

    19T-HL 17psi @ 3500rpm = 450 ft/lb
    DR-750 25psi @ 3500rpm = 390 ft/lb

    19T-HL 24psi @ 4000rpm = 605 ft/lb
    DR-750 25psi @ 4000rpm = 550 ft/lb

    19T-HL 25psi @ 4500rpm = 625 ft/lb
    DR-750 25psi @ 4500rpm = 600 ft/lb

    19T-HL 24psi @ 5000rpm = 585 ft/lb
    DR-750 25psi @ 5000rpm = 600 ft/lb

    19T-HL 23psi @ 5500rpm = 525 ft/lb
    DR-750 25psi @ 5500rpm = 575 ft/lb

    Horsepower Numbers:

    19T-HL 17psi @ 3500rpm = 300 hp
    DR-750 25psi @ 3500rpm = 250 hp

    19T-HL 24psi @ 4000rpm = 485 hp
    DR-750 25psi @ 4000rpm = 400 hp

    19T-HL 25psi @ 4500rpm = 540 hp
    DR-750 25psi @ 4500rpm = 520 hp

    19T-HL 24psi @ 5000rpm = 540 hp
    DR-750 25psi @ 5000rpm = 575 hp

    19T-HL 23psi @ 5500rpm = 540 hp
    DR-750 25psi @ 5500rpm = 600 hp

Thx J, these seem alot more accurate. And yes my rear wastegate wasnt holding and boost. it was basically blowing air straight thru it.

I think what we are going to see is the TIAL can take the heat and the billet compressor will give a little more air up top so the peak numbers will be higher and the boost threshold will be sustainable for longer. The area under the curves are going to be nearly identical or within like 5% of eachother unless you extend rpms out past 7000rpms.

Pick your flavor, when you want torque and power to come in, and when you want to shift.

From what car did you take that dynosheet ? Yours ? Why didn't you took my numbers if you want to compare ? Even if I had forged wastegate, they were blowing open.

I was at 25-26psi, only because the wastegate were blowing open, what ever I was trying, the boost was falling down. This is summer I was able to set the wastegates to 7psi, I made a pull and the boost stayed to 7psi to the redline.

Not to shabby comparison considering the price difference. Yes, the 750's will putmore trq and power...they should, they are better comp wheels and lighter and also about 2k more. considering the price and amount of power ill stay with my 19THL's for now. They still do they job and kick ass. oh, Dan again thx MTC
