Not too sure what they mean...
The debonair engine uses 3000GT heads and cams of the 2nd generation kind.
The montero's heads and cam's are different, to suit the 4WD off-road low torque nature of the car. I have verified this in ASA with non-matching part numbers for montero heads and matching part numbers for Debonair/3000GT heads and cams.
Not sure what the montero sump looks like although I don't see why it'd be different to the debonair one...
But yes..
So Maybe I should check the cams ? the upper intake and tb is deff from 3000gt.
I think the Key to identify the motor I got is the fact that the Oil dipstick is in front of engine where its in back on Montero and Diamante.
