Yes, because my Camry is built for blistering the asphalt.

Any low mile Vette will hold its value(which is based on absolute appeal, read: collectibility) quite well. Obviously, the older cars will always be worth more as they represent the beginning, and the golden age of muscle.

todd's right. c5's are pretty cheap, including the z06's. probably has a lot to do with the c6 base having about the same HP as the c5 z06. and now that the ls3 is the standard, the ls2's will be going for cheap too.

Depends on how you measure "cheap". I mean they're a shitload of car, and what they go for is "cheap" (read: a bargain). You took it as offensive like "he's a cheap whore", as opposed to "damn, that's cheap!".

In any event, Todd's comment wasn't meant to be inflammatory, just a general observence/opinion and I don't see where he belittled Sean's car at all. Plus, he lives in Texas, I don't know if you've seen how many Vettes are down that way...but they're everywhere and do sell below the national average.

The FRC comment I'm sure was because that's what Melis drove. He just got confused, it happens.

Okay, he is speaking out of his ass because it isn't. Regardless of who owns it. Cheap? Okay, when someone is having to depart with something that they love, saying their possession is cheap is wrong regardless of the reason. It not only offended me but it offended Sean. Why post that he turned down a c4 200 years ago. What constructive purpose does that have? His post made him come off like he's driving a stealth and its better because he turned down a c4. A car that doesn't even compare to the C5. The C5 is better in ever aspect. Then he felt the need to tell me what "purist" think.
