I messed up my back bad years ago when I landscaped. I've been to the doctor countless times and tried various things. It has only gotten worse. The only thing I can do to get away from the pain at night is to sleep at a 90* angle on my chaise lounge sofa every single night. I have not slept in a bed in over a year.

I would suggest a good chiropractor. About five years ago I started having back pain out of nowhere. I reluctantly went to see a chiropractor. It tuns out that one side of my pelvis was 17mm higher than the other. The pain was so bad that I couldn't do anything without it hurting. I couldn't stand up straight. After seeing him for about five months I was back to normal. In fact, it only took about four visits for the pain to almost completely disappear. I haven't had to go back to one since.

good chiropractors, take it easy for a long weekend , learn proper stretching techniques for your lower and upper back and follow them, also good feet support helps a ton with me . if you can work on developing your back muscles as well as thatcan help with keeping everything where it should. trust me i know back pain im 6ft and 250lbs working as a heavy equipment mechnic i dont know if it gets any worse on your body than that
