    I would use lvls for sure with the design. I haven't seen it. I say length doesnt matter so much because of the multiple ways it would be built. I dont have enough answers to my questions before I could even do a drawing. It's an easy design any way you look at it, I just need more data.

    Not living space but I have an extra used central air unit sitting around and want to get a furnace for the garage for when I am out there.
