What is this wierd howl from my turbo?

Ran the car last night
Well, got everything fixed, took it to the track and car ran awesome, just couldnt shift. When im driving around town, highway...etc it is fine. When I try to race it, i miss 2nd all the time now. MIght be time for a rebuild on the tranny. oh well, not worried about that right now tho. Still runs like a scalded ape.

I did have a wierd sound when I would first start to build boost but then it goes away after about 2100 rpms. Sounds like a whislte kind of...wierd. I took a vid on my phone so you can here it. Not sure if its a boost leak or what, but it definitly sounds wierd.

Last time I heard something like that the compressor wheel was touching the housing...but yours might be something different who knows. I would check for shaft play to be sure.
